Below in the chronological order of significant events that took place since NuLife was found:

4th December 2002 Registered as NuLife Services (52983682C)

-Sole Proprietor Company
14th October 2003 Company Name was changed to NuLife Care & Counselling Services

-Still Remained a Sole Proprietor Company
12th April till 31st April 2004 Interim period at Little India Arcade (LIA) Premise

-Was setting up office at LIA
 48 Serangoon Road, #02-23, Little India Arcade
1st May 2004 Officially sub-leased LIA Office premise from Sun Vision Marketing Pte Ltd for a period of approximately 11 months

- NuLife was fully operational
18th December 2004 Incorporation

-Incorporated NuLife Care & Counselling Services to NuLife Care & Counselling Services Ltd

-From a Sole-Proprietor Company to a Company Limited by Guarantee
29th April 2005
 Became Tenant of LIA Office premise for a period of 2 years
17th October 2005 National Council of Social Service (NCSS)

-NuLife was granted full membership by NCSS

-Was placed under mentorship for a period of 1 year with Counselling & Care Centre
10th September 2006 NuLife centre moved to Blk 226A, Ang Mo Kio Ave 1,  #01-629, S(561226)

  • NuLife was found in October 2002. It was known as NuLife Care & Counselling Services.
  • The Founder of NuLife is Ms Sheena Jebal.
  • NuLife was incorporated from a sole-proprietor company to a company limited by guarantee. It has since been known as NuLife Care & Counselling Services Limited.
  • NuLife was incorporated in December 2004 to facilitate attaining a full membership with the National Council of Social Service and charity status.
  • Company Registration Number:             200416313W
  • We have been a member of the National Council of Social Service since October 2005.
  • We have assisted 352 families and individuals so far.
