PC ASSEMBLY
NuLife Care & Counselling Services has been a non-profitable organisation to provide youth counselling services and tuition services. The objective of NuLife is to help in grooming and guiding the next generation of needy families and prevent them from going astray. NuLife has been constantly finding ways to enrich these children through courses to enhance their knowledge and skills sets. This in return will help them to find their means of survival in the future.
As PC has become essential equipment in our daily life, it is an advantage in knowing how to assemble it. In the process of assembling the PC, the students will know bits and pieces of how the PC works. It gives them a chance to gain troubleshoot skill during PC assembly. Besides that, it helps them to develop their analytical thinking when they face the issues. With the knowledge of assembly PC, they can easily replace the PC component by themselves.
The objectives of PC Assembly Course are as follows:-
- Give the students a chance to expose them to the subject outside of the normal education curriculum.
- Provide the students a skill set to setup their own Ocs an may provide them a livelihood in the near future.
- Training the students analytical thinking, troubleshooting skill and build team spirit during the process of assembly the PCs.
- Create an awareness and interest in PCs autonomy to the student
The PC Assembly course structure consists of both theory and practical. The duration of the course is one full day. The students will be given an introduction of the hardware components of PC. For the practical, students build a PC from scratch with detailed instructions from the trainers.
The requirements for the students are as follows:-
- Must be 13 years old and above
- Minimum primary school English in spoken and written
- Required minimum or no computer literacy
